A simple definition is an internal drive that causes a person to take action. There are countless factors that can influence your motivation at any given moment. Sometimes you’ll feel like you have no energy left to tackle homework or attend that seminar. This is normal! Remember, you are doing this for a reason, and nothing is going to stand in your way.
