Incident Report
Incident Report
To make extra money, you accepted a part-time job at Hampton Inn, managing the front desk from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Last night, 2 large families checked in at 1:30. You were handling credit cards, showing the couples where the luggage carriers were, handing out key cards and bottled water. The scene could be described as chaotic. A five-year-old-boy was missing for 5 minutes. His mother stated she would sue the hotel for negligence.
You contacted your manager, and she said you had to interview every adult who was at the desk, and write an Incident Report describing what occurred. You stated that you would be leaving at 5 a.m. She insisted you speak to the adults NOW, view the videos on two first floor cameras, and write an Incident Report.
