Objective: Demonstrate an understanding of the roles of regulatory agencies and current laws that govern healthcare organizations.Introduction: The U.S. healthcare system is constantly evolving due to the changing demographics, economics and medical needs of the public. Adequate and proper healthcare for everyone is governed by an integrated body of regulatory organizations. The overall goal of this group of agencies is to manage the well-being and safety of Americans by ensuring that they all have access to healthcare services and programs. This essay will give you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of the roles of regulatory agencies and the laws that govern healthcare organizations.

Over the past few years, the economic downturn has hit the Kings Peak area hard, and the hospital has noticed that more individuals and families need specialized health services. Kings Peak Hospital would like you to make recommendations on how to best use regulatory agencies and, keeping within the law, provide enhanced healthcare to all people of Kings Peak and beyond
