The clinical setting is that of a Family and Veteran Clinic that offers a Home-Based Program that provides treatment for patients with Post Traumatic Disorder. The type of service offered is an outpatient service which opens from 8 am to 5 pm where expertise from different disciplines are provided for treatment for patients who suffer from stress-related conditions and mood disorders. Family and child psychiatrists and psychologists, nurse specialists and OIF combat veterans. The outreach team of veterans is also involved in the clinical engagement to serve as the point person for the vet during the care treatment and maintain their retention. The goal of the working model is to engage veteran members and have their families’ access care. It involves highlighting the clinical engagement and the treatment opportunities offered to the patient (Allard & Rebbeca, 2015, p.99). An instance case can be a marine veteran who experiences relationship distress with her wife because of extreme withdrawal and emotional numbing. The children as well experience academic difficulties because of poor implementation of homework plans. The treatment engagement would be to induce parenting guidance and strengthening the parenting bond which will trigger towards re-establishing his role and authority. There will also be assessment system will be designed to probe interrelationships between the veteran and family levels of functioning to improve its outcomes that overcome the barriers to accessing health care for the military families. The central attribution to the program model is to decrease distress as a way of improving functioning within the family. Some of the challenges are missing appointments from the patient and family members. The derailed treatment would need an increase in engagement that would have to reduce adverse outcomes of distress within relationships which would have been dealing with earlier on.

Describe the plain view doctrine. Should the court ever have created the plain view doctrine? Is this this doctrine difficult for police officers to keep in mind in their daily work?

The plain view doctrine is a rule used by law enforcement which allows them to confiscate any evidence such as weapons if from plain sight without a warrant. Cornell Law School explains that if an officer stops a car and catches eye of a weapon, he will enter the vehicle to seize the evidence. Will the Fourth Amendment be violated in this case? I think not.
I think the courts did the right thing to have created the plain view doctrine. The goal is to protect and serve the people and if officers cannot seize any items from plain sight that is considered contraband.
It may be difficult for some police officers to keep the doctrine in mind if they feel they saw something but, this doctrine is plain and simple to follow.

The plain view doctrine is a legal tern that describes objects that officers can seized without a search warrant. The objects seized must be in plain view of the officer that the officer believes is somehow associates with criminal activity. Yes he courts should have created the plain view doctrine because if the police officers a there with the paramedics they may notice contraband laying around while minors at in the household. The contraband is confiscated and the same thing will happen if weapons are in plain view of the officers, this will ensure the safety of the officers and children in the household. Yes, it will be difficult for police officers to keep the plain view doctrine in their daily work. If the officer see illegal objects in plain view the officer may be eager to search for more and by doing so, the search will become illegal and any illegal items confiscated may not be used in court.

Original Post- I will be discussing dengue fever virus. This virus is transmitted by a different family of mosquitoes. Since it is a virus it really does not or can not be treated by any antibiotics or medicines. So you kind of have to let it take its own effect on you or let it run it course though your system. It seems to cause inflammation in your joints, rashes, and fever. It might almost seem like flu symptoms that area on you.
It seemed to had done worse damage to children under 10 years old prior to the vaccination that they came out with in April 2016. But it had made them really sick and cause all kinds of different symptoms that could cause hemorrhaging in the abdominal area. It would almost make it impossible to help when you think about it.
It came from the subtropic and tropical areas of where these mosquitoes came from. It effects the warmer countries because these are obviously the places where these mosquitoes can survive and carry this virus without any of these issues. But in the colder climate countries obviously these mosquitoes will die and not survive these climates and the virus of course would die with them. And will not be able to carry though the colder climates.
Because of how this virus effects the joint with all the inflammation and other joint issues it was considered to be call the “breakbone fever” or “dandy fever.” Due to the effects it did to your body and how it changed it made these names impossible to be changed to other names. It would seem like it would permanently effect everything in your body and would physical change it to be changed in a way that it could not be reversed in any way or form. It would seem like it was so hard for these people to go though this change and make it seem so incredibly hard to deal with these issues. It makes it just such a ridiculous type of virus that nothing can help fix it.
